Alma joined our team in 2015. She will guide you through the first portion of your exam before seeing Dr. Palmer. Alma graduated from Santa Barbara Business College and has lived on the central coast for most of her life. ¡Habla Español!

Cindy, who is an ABO Certified Optician, joined our team in 2015 and has 36 years’ experience in the optical field, having worked with contact lenses, the manufacturing process of glasses, and customer service. She is proud to be a third generation native to the central coast and a mother of three and grandmother of two. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, and being a “parent” to her Boston Terrier, Zoey.

Laura is our front desk coordinator, manages our schedule, and serves as the first point of contact with patients. She enjoys welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable while answering any questions. Outside of work, she is a roller coaster enthusiast, loves riding horses and dirt track racing with her husband & friends.

Mason is Dr. Palmer’s dog and is usually in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He can often be found sleeping behind the exam room chair.
