Optician

Cindy, who is an ABO Certified Optician, joined our team in 2015 and has over 40 years of experience in the Optical field. She has worked with contact lenses, the manufacturing process of glasses, and customer service. She is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, gardening and being a “pet parent” to her Boston Terriers Zoey and Peanut.

Stacy

Front Desk Coordinator

Stacy is a Santa Ynez Valley native and recently moved back to the Central Coast in late 2023. She currently resides here in Nipomo and joined our team in October of 2023. She has worked in different areas of the medical field for over 30 years. In her spare time Stacy enjoys her workout routine, researching healthy meal prep and ingredients for herself and her 10 year old daughter, Madelynn and she loves anything to do with health and fitness. As a licensed Esthetician of 16 years she has a true passion for premium skin care and skin care products and loves to research the ever changing world of aesthetics.

Alma

Clinic Coordinator

Alma is a dedicated Medical Assistant and Optometric Technician with a decade of experience in the healthcare field. Proficient in clinical procedures and eye care diagnostics, she is committed to delivering quality patient care while upholding hometown values. In her leisure time, Alma enjoys attending shows in the local area and going on long walks with her canine companion, Buster.

Thirdy

Thirdy is a Certified HelloRache Virtual Assistant and is a Registered Pharmacist by Profession in PH. He is based in the Philippines and works alongside Dr. Palmer as a medical scribe. During his free time, he enjoys watching movies, reading books, playing video games and chess. He loves spending quality time with his girlfriend during weekends. His favorite author is Robert Kiyosaki.

Lucas

Lucas is a TEEM Remote Front Desk Assistant with over 10+ years of experience in the customer service field, he joined our team in April, 2024 and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In his free time, he enjoys spending it with his friends & girlfriend, going on small trips outside the city, travelling in general, and spoiling his cats.
