The wait was fairly brief & I was given lots of help collecting multiple frames to choose from so my power chair didn’t get in the way in the smaller office. They listened well to all my needs & color preferences before selecting options for me. What might have taken me half an hour to select from alone was successfully dwindled down to less than 15 minutes. I recommend Dr. Palmer since he stay up on newer technology & always makes sure you don’t have any questions left before he ends the appointment. I never feel alone in my eye care! Everyone is incredibly nice & helpful too!

Dr. Palmer and staff are all friendly, courteous, capable, and communicative. My eyes are challenging, and Dr. Palmer sorts through the issues one by one, and explains thoroughly and carefully, answering my questions, and staying on track to address concerns that need follow up. Images are taken during the exam and used to support explanation of conditions. I feel confident that he has my best interests in the forefront when I'm there, and that he's more than able to diagnose and prescribe any necessary treatment.

I am very particular and notice even minute discrepancies in my acuity, lenses and frame adjustments. Dr. Palmer and his staff address my concerns to provide me the best possible vision. In addition, Dr. Palmer provides a thorough evaluation to ensure the best possible eye health. I have 2 friends who who do not see Dr. Palmer and now require surgical intervention due to complications from dry eye. I wish they had been treated by Dr. Palmer and his staff.
